The strongest fairy of Gensokyo! At least, she was until a powerful foreign fairy named Mab showed up and took over. Now Riv the rain fairy constantly challenges the Queen of Air and Darkness for who the leader of the fairies of Gensokyo is! She always loses because she's not very strong, but she never gives up!
A powerful and monstrous youkai who wants nothing more than to kill and eat as many humans as she can get her hands on. Fortunately for everyone, someone cast a spell on her so that they can keep her in check. Slowly, over the course of the campaign, she is socialized. Someone ELSE in the party would take Malevolent Entity, and if they ever fail a ME check then I get to start attacking PCs
